SymphoTrack - A training operations platform

Running a training program involves much more than delivering sessions.

Attendance has to be tracked. Quizzes need to be managed. Projects must be collected. Reports have to be prepared. Certificate eligibility needs to be verified. Student progress must remain visible throughout the program.

In many training programs, these activities are handled using separate forms, spreadsheets, messages, and documents.

That is the problem we set out to solve with SymphoTrack.

SymphoTrack is a training operations platform designed for workshops, internships, bootcamps, guest lectures, and multi-day learning programs.

It brings together:

The platform was initially shaped around the requirements of a multi-day technical training program involving approximately 70 students, 10 program days, and 20 attendance sessions.

One of the biggest challenges was ensuring that the platform did not become just another attendance application.

Attendance alone does not tell the complete story of a student’s participation.

A student may attend most sessions but miss assessments. Another may complete every quiz but fail to submit the final project. A participant may meet the attendance requirement but still have pending program activities.

SymphoTrack connects these records into one consolidated view, allowing administrators and trainers to understand the student’s overall journey.

The platform also supports session-wise, day-wise, student-wise, and cumulative reports, helping institutions reduce the dependency on manually maintained spreadsheets.

Certificates are connected to actual program records and can be verified using a QR-based verification flow. This makes the certificate more than a downloadable document—it becomes a verifiable record of participation.
